Study tours for international groups

UKBI manage and host a number of Study Tours for global clients. The UK is at the forefront of incubation in the world and due to UKBI’s work on benchmarking we lead the way in quality incubation delivery. We receive up to 20 enquiries each year from ‘tours’ wishing to visit the best in the world in the UK, with regular visits from China, Korea, Malaysia and Europe.

Tours wish to investigate incubation best practice on subjects as wide ranging as incubating technology, setting up an incubator, developing incubation strategies, digital cities and incubation support for Bio-medical / Agro-industry / non technology clients.

UKBI can assist tour groups to pull together a relevant itinerary, deliver training and development in good practice in the UK, manage meetings with policy makers and help with transportation, accommodation and offer groups an understanding of UK policy on incubation, the political structure of the UK and cultural issues for visitors.

Individual international visitors

UKBI further assist visitors from as far away as Australia and New Zealand managing their itineraries and arranging meetings with relevant policy makers and incubation teams to meet the requirements of our guests.

UKBI are the lead body for incubation in the UK and we therefore have a unique position within the sector and are able to pull this work together with the full cooperation of our community.
